It is more competitive than SAY soccer. It costs more to play than the regular SAY program, but still cost much less than the typical select or club soccer. Players must try out for the Premier teams similar to how players try out for Select/Club teams. Premier teams play in the CPL (Cardinal Premier League).
Yes, it is possible. However, they will need to work out details with the SAY team coach as the expectation is that the Premier team events would have priority over the SAY team.

Games are played on Saturday's or Sunday’s. However, in divisions where there are a large number of teams, season games can be doubled up to help with tournament conflicts. Tournaments are usually a guaranteed 3 games and can be scheduled from Friday to Sunday.
